ARE YOU RIGHTOUS?

This is a question an average christian doesn’t want to answer. The body of Christ today are full of people who are not sure wether they are rightous or not. Some think it to be pride to declare that they are rightous.

But what does the scripture reveal?
2Cor.5:21 (KJV): For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

God called us to be His children and to posses that His nature of rightousnes, holiness and perfection. Math. 5:48 (KJV): Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Job was a man that God Himself testified that he was perfect and rightous Job.1. 8
(KJV): And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

And did you know that Job himself knew that he was perfect and rightous? When he was afflicted by the Devil, his friends came and tried all means to convince him that the calamity came upon him because of his sins. They accused him and made all efforts to make him have a guilty conscience.

But Job stood firm in his conviction that he was a rightous man and declared in Job.29:14 (KJV): I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem.
15 :I was eyes to the blind, and feet was I to the lame.
16 :I was a father to the poor: and the cause which I knew not I searched out.

You that is reading this post, are you rightous?
You that call yourself a child of God, are you rightous? You are not a child of God yet until you start living a rightous life. John 3:9 (KJV): Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10: In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

If you are rightous, the spirit of God and your conscience will bear you witness. Rom8:16 (KJV): The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
However, if your conscience condemns you, then confess and forsake your evil ways. Repent and turn to Jesus today and He will forgive you and give you grace to live a rightous life. He will also purge your guilty conscience through His blood if you sincerely repent.
