Jesus Christ came to overcome the world and destroy all the works of the enemy upon the face of the Earth, but He did not come with sword, neither with gun but with love.

Now you have an enemy. Yes it is obvious he wants to kill you. He doesn’t want to see your progress and success. How then do you fight back. Do you also attack and try to kill him before he kills you or do you just become angry with Him.

Now the problem we have when we want to fight our enemy is that we fight the wrong personality. Actually man is not your enemy. No man is enemy to God as well but there is one ultimate enemy. His name is Satan the Devil. He is the one who manipulate people to become enemy to God and to follow people.

Though humanity have sinned against God, He(God) never see them as His enemy rather He still love them so much that He gave His only begotten Son. The only enemy to God is Satan. And God wish to destroy all His works through Jesus Christ with the weapon of love. That’s why when Jesus came into this world, the world hated Him but He still gave His life for the them and by so doing He overcame.

How then do you fight your enemy in godly way ?

Jesus had the highest number of enemy than anybody else in this world, but He overcame them. So He is in the best position to teach us how to handle our enemies.

Therefore revealing the secret to us, He said in the book of Matthew 5:43
KJV:Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
44 KJV:But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 KJV:That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

So the best way to fight your enemy is to love him. Not only that pray for his deliverance because it is Satan’s work in his life that make him to do evil against you.

Also do good unto him. The word of God said in the book of Romans 12:20KJV:Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

You see if you really want to punish your enemy, do good unto him with all your good heart.

When you do all these things God might eventually save his soul through you if he repents. But if he refuse to repent, God’s judgement await him.

Also know that as long as you are a child of God, enemies don’t have any power over you.
